Been having lots to do lately.
Training has been put off for a couple of weeks. Moving on from Body for Life I was considering Tom Venutto’s Burn the Fat programme (Bought the eBook - looks good but I have not been able to read it for lack of time!). This is the deal. – I’vs been having so much to do lately with work, church stuff taking-up four or five days every week, guitar practice every day, being a father of two boys and a husband of one wife :) and preparatory work for my College of Estate Management studies means that I have not had the metal energy to get back into the training and diet routine after having had a three week stop due to a back injury. Its amazing how thin I’ve been stretched – nevertheless God has helped me this far, and He will see me through.
