Turning my puff into buff.

First day of the week and boy am I tired! My good friend Steve Doerter has been encouraging me to get back in shape – and oh my do I need it! Currently weighing 110 KG / 242 Lbs I have really let myself go.
I feel inclined to follow a composite of Bill Phillip’s Body-for-Life and Tom Venutto’s Burn-the-fat-Feed-the-Muscle (BFFM) programme.
My number one problem at the moment is: Where am I going to find the time to fit working out into my schedule? My number two problem is: Where am I going to find the energy for this? – Though I have been assured that energy levels do rise in the medium-term, it is that initial drain when starting that I find foreboding.
Constraints on my time are phenomenal: A husband of one; Father of two; An Account Manager at Land Property Services Ltd. (Property Consultants to the Government of Gibraltar); Pastor to a Church that I planted in 2003; Currently working on distance learning studies in Property Surveying with a view to eventual membership of the RICS as a Chartered Surveyor – Read my post explaining the problem I’ve encountered here.
So… In the midst of it all, I really need to workout in order to both clear my mind, and to counter any stress that may be building up on account of my ridiculous schedule.
I’m sure that, in the words of respected songwriter Don Moen….” God will make a way, where there seems to be no way”……….or something along those lines : )
