Assignment # 3

My third assignment deadline is looming. Assignment # 3 is due on 3rd November, and deals with valuations of land where rents are paid quarterly in advance, and also I’ll be dealing with issues related to the effect of contamination on land values.

I am currently gathering my thoughts, and preparing my notes on what course material is relevant to this question, and I hope to start the paper sometime within the next two days or so.
