Newsflash: I passed my first exam!!!

Yes people cheer now, cheer now…….. I have today received notification that I have passed my first exam. The module was on Applied Valuation (Appraisals for all you folk from the good ol’ US of A) Yea God!

Right now I am working through my second module: Property Law, which should take me through till June, and then “Development Policy and Practice” should see me through up to Christmas.

I had worked my derriere off with this module due to a slight megalithic slip-up that saw me having to cram two levels of applied valuation studioes into a single six-month module!!!! I’m NEVER doin’ THAT again! You can read about this episode here.
