Rambling in academia

I’d like to let all my friends know nigh and far that I have PASSED my second exam in my studies on property appraisals.  !!!!!!!  <The heavenly chorus rejoices at this point>   I am currently well into my third (And final !!!) module – "Development Policy and Practice" Come December I shall sit that exam and should I pass, verily verily I say unto you, that heaven and earth shall pass away but this here boy shall never again be attempting any more forays into the world of academia.
