Hey John,
Co-labouring is a good word! It is difficult to notice the areas of habit that I push Him into (or forget Him within). Thanks for this post.

@Jenelle: Hey, good to see you again. The Lord has been speaking lately a lot about co-labouring with Him. In my traditional mindset I tend to divide a meeting into logical blocks (worship, prayer, ministry, teaching, etc.) - God however "does whatever He pleases" (Ps. 115:3). The lesson for me is "where do I want to be?" - in the 'block' that habit dictates, or in that which God pleases to do right now?

Thanks for sharing this story. God is so nice and merciful. It scares me how easily worship can become masturbatory, though. Getting caught up in the natural pleasure of being in God's presence...it's so nice but it sometimes feeds my gross individualistic-streak that invites me to forget the point.

The Lord heals during the worship quite often. Sounds like all went according to His schedule. How cool is that? You were used, just not in a visible way. This will happen more & more I think. blessings!
