Bill Johnson and Bethel Church “Ignite the Fire”
It has now been brought to my attention that Charisma Magazine featured Bill & Beni Johnson and Bethel Church in the March 2007 edition.
There is SO MUCH right about the lead article “Ignite the Fire” that all I can really do is link to the article, and “let the reader understand….”

I know this was written specifically for Charisma, but I wish it could also be written with more inclusive language (with not so much charismatica-speak) so as to help more readers understand this move of God. I’m tired of wonderful things of God being pushed into various camps in the Body, and so those who don’t frequent that campground miss the whole thing.

I don’t think Charisma or their readers would appreciate a 227-page dissertation on their March 2007 edition

It is an exceptional article for it’s audience, but it still makes me a litte sad because, well, it’s preaching to the choir. This sort of news needs to be articulated to a wider culture, that’s all.
