Video: My gramps at age 90 recovering from a hip replacement!

The following is a short video clip of my gramps, at age 90 in hospital after having had a THA hip revision. As you can see, the guy is in perfect health and recovering very nicely. Apparently it is unheard of for a patient of 90 to have a hip revision like this one (Removing the old artificial hip, cleaning out the area and inserting the new one). Grampa, I love you very, very much.

    That’s great for 90 even without a second hip replacement. Wow.

    @Amelia: Thanks ! This is actually his fifth total hip replacement surgery!!!! He has had his other hip done three times as well. A very strong man!
