Time out
I am sitting in a Spanish cafeteria mulling over an excellent cup of coffee.
Seeing that it is a public holiday in Gibraltar, but not in Spain, I have cruised into our neighbouring town of La Linea in order to conduct some personal business in relation to the sale of a small plot of land that I own there.
My experience thus far:
I have been rejected at the local Spanish Police Station for the second time now in connection with a special fiscal number that I need to have as Iama resident of Gibraltar and not Spain.
I have had a cheque deposit rejected at the bank as the issuer postdated it and I did not notice (Man. After standing in line for ages.) l
I was on my way to pay a water bill at the Spanish utility company only to find the office closed (I missed the closing time by five minutes)
Man, this is not a good day! The coffee though is excellent. Good coffee more than makes up for all these mishaps. Spain, you have totally redeemed yourself!
What good thing more than makes up for mishaps in your life?

No? then I’ll tell you what “makes up for the mishaps”: having young adults in our family doing kingdom stuff in the marketplace, praying for the sick outside the building, being involved in city altering activities, having God turn us topsy-turvy & enjoying the wild ride. AND having Paul Manwaring from Bethel, Redding for a few days messing me up was a high. By the way, he & I spoke of YOU! blessings to you John, enjoy your coffee!
