I have started to record short video messages that will be five minute vision-casting bulletins for Living Waters Tabernacle. They are a way of sharing what’s cooking inside my bald head, and where I am at and what i am thinking regarding LWT.

Preparing for the one billion soul harvest

Bill Johnson’s Podcast “Preparing for Increase” has spoken into our lives here at Living Waters in a very prophetic and strategic way. It was as if Isaiah 54:1-3 was written for us for such a time as this.

In our barrenness we are committing ourselves to crying out and singing for joy. We are being challenged to prepare for the coming harvest whilst still in our barrenness. We are making very practical plans right now to accommodate the increase that is coming.

What does it look like for this tiny church plant in Gibraltar?

One area where we are focusing on is equipping and training father and mothers in order to shepherd this great harvest. The immediate area around Gibraltar called “Campo de Gibraltar” has a population of 250,000. That is 250,000 souls that the Lord has given to us to steward for Him.

I said yesterday that in order to begin this thing, I would need each and every person in the room to be a leader in this move - and that was only a starting point. For us, this means getting our people trained in the word and trained in the Spirit. Two practical areas where we feel led to move in are the “Harvestime School of Ministry”, our local church’s soon-to-be bible-school that we intend to do in a home-group setting, in order to equip people in the word, and also the setting up of a soaking prayer centre where we can learn to live in the spirit and have an encounter with the Presence of God in a powerful way.

The Lord is teaching us, guiding us, and we are pumped! Go Jesus!
